Michael
Sargent
Michael Sargent is the Founder of KW Central Finance and has been an MCA for 5 years within the Keller Williams Capital Properties franchise in the Washington, DC area. I’m in the pursuit to liberate the MCA from the title of bookkeeper and empower the role to be that Ops and Finance leader that the role needs to be. In 2020, I relocated to the Jacksonville, FL area and have been working 100% remote since then. Empowering the MCA to evolve in each office is my passion and I look forward to letting my team take on the challenge.

Minyard
Kathleen Minyard is from Atlanta, GA and is our Lead Commissions Processor. I have been with Keller Williams for 4 years as an MCA and joined the KW Central Finance team last summer. I am married with two beautiful baby girls, and am working hard to build my life by design. I absolutely love working with Michael Sargent and the KW Central Finance team.

Tipo
Mabel Tipo has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and was a Project Engineer/workflow management assistant for an HVAC/Construction company in the Philippines where she was in charge of internal auditing. I was introduced into the real estate business when I became a remote lead generation manager which led me to join Cyberbacker where I met Michael and Martin. I joined the KW Central Finance team on June 2021 as an MCA Administrative Assistant
Stephanie Ann
Jinon
Stephanie Ann Jinon is a graduate of Computer Engineering Technology in Technological University of the Philippines. I joined Cyberbacker from Philippines working virtually with KW Central Finance as the MCA Administrative Assistant for over a year where I work closely with the team to provide assistance as the point of contact when processing the Commissions to ensure they can be paid in a timely manner.

Chrysler
Kaity Chrysler joined the Central Finance team in November 2021 after being an AMCA for 2 years at KW Greater Hartford. After moving to AZ, she had wanted to work with KW while being remote, so this position was a Win-Win for her and Central Finance! She assists with KWCP DC financials, as well as supports two client Market Centers.

Parayno
Em Parayno is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She has extensive experience in Human Resources focusing on payroll, recruitment, compensation, and benefits of employees in the Philippines and in the United States, specifically in the state of California and Chicago. She has been working in the Real Estate Industry for over a year as an administrative assistant and back-end support for different agent entrepreneurs in the industry. Em joined KW Central Finance last June 2022.
Amanda
Fox
Amanda Fox has been with Keller Williams as an MCA for five years in New York where she worked remotely for two years and oversaw two offices, including a launching Market Center. Prior to joining KW, she worked at a public accounting firm for three years and a local restaurant for over ten years. Her past experiences have led her to excel in the role and train other MCAs. Amanda has earned a Master’s Degree in Business Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and a minor in Finance. Amanda is inspired daily by her husband and son. The Central Finance Team has been an excellent place for utilizing the KW values that have attracted and continue to retain Amanda within KW.

Charles
Martin Charles has been with the KW Capital Properties for 8 years and in Central Finance for 4. During his tenure, Martin was awarded a gold medal from KWRI for his work as an MCA and an achievement award with the organization. Within the Central Finance space, Martin enjoys being a resource for the Keller Williams associates and leadership to help them achieve their goals one domino at a time. In his spare time, Martin loves to write, go to the movies, travel and more.
